How is the New Year so far?

Well, that’s the question for today – how is the New Year treating you so far? It’s been all right for me so far. I went out for a bit today – picked up some yarn I needed to finish a baby blanket that I’m hoping to put in my Artfire.com shop, picked up some soda to drink and some hamburger, taco seasoning, cheese, and sour cream so I could make tacos for dinner. Also picked up some of the Tropical Bings – our grocery store is trying to get rid of them so they’re selling them 5/$1.00 and I love them. I will cry if Palmer Candy doesn’t bring them back this summer!

I’ve been playing a lot of FarmTown, FarmVille, Cafe World, & YoVille on Facebook. There are some other apps I play as well – a lot of fish tank apps. LOL YoVille is one of my favorites now that they’ve added the to do lists and made it a bit more fun. Things you can strive for – being best friends with all of your neighbors (out of 27 neighbors, I only have 4 that aren’t listed as best friends lol), working towards being able to buy a house, etc. It’s fun. Plus there’s a PetVille that has a lot of cool stuff as well.

I’ve been listening to some of my old high school favorites a lot lately. Nelson and Slaughter to be exact, mostly Nelson though. I even set up a Nelson station on my Pandora, although it tends to play everyone but Nelson most of the time. LOL What can I say? I’m a dork. LOL

I’m thinking of finding either a book or a blog that gives blogging ideas, just something to help me start blogging more and start being a better blogger. I’d like to have a bit more quality content on my blogs and I’d like to see about possibly building up a decent readership on them. I’ll have to take a look and see what I can come up with for better blogging ideas for my blogs.

Do you have any “blogging ideas” that you like to use when you can’t think of any? Any blogging ideas sites or books you can recommend?
