I was talking with a gaming friend that I made at GenCon and he said that some of his buddies were going to go to the local Small Business Association to apply for small business loans. I asked him what they planned on doing, and I kid you not, they were going to try to get a loan to become a game testing business.
These people are so into their gaming that they are hoping to start a business where they solicit their services as game testers to video game companies. I realize that some companies who make computer and video games will give their players a chance to beta test the games, but trying to make money doing this? Wow.
Then again, I will say that I have seen ads stating that you can make money playing video games – I guess that’s how. LOL
