It Is So Much Fun…

Trying to hook up old computer components in the hopes that I’ll be able to salvage some of the data from them. As my desktop is now dead, I have no other option than to hook up the hard drives and try to get the data off them. The problem? I have to use my old, slow dinosaur tower to do it because of the fact that good desktop has a fried mother board. Now one of the hard drives will not load, so unless I can find a way to get it to Colorado to my friend’s husband, I will have to accept that I have lost all the data on that drive. I hate to think about that, because I had some things there that I can’t replace but that’s life. Since every backup that I’ve found requires me to pay money that I don’t have. So there is that.

Now, what is also fun is New Year’s Eve – where I sit at my computer and play on Facebook and watch Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve. Yeah. Real fun huh? LOL But I did make some New Year’s Resolutions. I have vowed to work on blogging (without so many paid links although they will still be present because they are my income right now) and making sure that I work with my Tarot cards more this year. There are some other resolutions, but I am keeping them quiet for now as I feel if I mention them, I might just jinx myself into not doing them.
