I was like that too - got sick if I was tickled, laughed too much, cried too much, etc. That was really interesting on special occasions. I still do it sometimes too. Drives me nuts. Did you know some children can be born with a hiatal hernia. It sucks. When I was younger, I was ticklish and I got sick when being tickled. I am glad I grew out of that. I have genetic reflux on top of that, so usually if something is so hilarious I get that deep guffaw, not only do I get sick, but I hiccup for what seems ages.... and no normal means helps.
