Well, I made it. I had to take a nap, run to the store, and cook dinner in the middle of it, but I made it through the 24 Hour Read-a-Thon!

1. Which hour was most daunting for you? – I have to say that it was Hour # 8. That was when the fatique from not having been able to sleep the night before set in and I finally succumbed to the lure of my pillow!

2. Could you list a few high-interest books that you think could keep a Reader engaged for next year? Any thing by James Patterson or Karin Slaughter. Both authors are wonderful for page-turning, on your toes books!

3. Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year? To be honest, the only thing I can think of is have it set up so that if people want to, they can use Twitter instead of their blogs for “during the read-a-thon” updates, and their blog for the final update.

4. What do you think worked really well in this year’s Read-a-thon? I used Twitter for updates as well as my blog, I really liked using Twitter for updates.

5. How many books did you read? 3

6. What were the names of the books you read? Triptych by Karin Slaughter, Fractured by Karin Slaughter, and The Candlestone by Bryan Davis

7. Which book did you enjoy most? Ooooh, I loved all of them…. to be hones the Karin Slaughters were probably my favorites.

8. Which did you enjoy least? I didn’t have a least enjoyed book this time. LOL

9. If you were a Cheerleader, do you have any advice for next year’s Cheerleaders? I didn’t cheer, so nope!

10. How likely are you to participate in the Read-a-thon again? What role would you be likely to take next time? Definitely will participate in it again, as a reader!
